Itoh Denki was founded in 1946 and have been building electric motors ever since. Itoh Denki USA Inc. was founded in 1996 to meet the growing demand for Power Mollers in the U.S. market.

Itoh is the surname of our company’s founder, and Denki is the Japanese word for electric. Itoh Denki originated in Japan as a repair shop for small appliance motors and soldering tools. From there, we developed our own motors and later entered the MDR market.
