What is a Module?

A module is a unit within a conveyor system that allows for more complex conveying, including multi-directional transfer and sortation, and conveyor line access solutions.

Itoh Denki modules are fully powered by 24V DC motor driven rollers and never use pneumatics.

F-RAT-NX75

​The F-RAT-NX75 allows for 90 degree transfer in any direction. Its rollers and wheels change position to meet the product, creating a level transfer plane.

Multi Angle Ball Sorter

The Multi Angle Ball Sorter (MABS2) transfers products at any specified angle, including 30, 45, or 90 degrees.

SOG2 Extended to convey articles

Slide Open Gate

The Slide Open Gate (SOG2) retracts and extends with the push of a button, creating a space to walk or drive through. It allows access to the conveyor line for ease of service.
